Technické materiály používané v plynárenství v oblasti rozvodu topných plynů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přehledem materiálů používaných v plynárenství v oblasti rozvodu plynů, určených pro veřejné zásobování, jejich vlastnostmi a charakteristikou materiálů včetně jejich použití pro různé tlakové aplikace. Předmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu vývoje technických materiálů používaných v plynárenství ČR v oblasti trubních materiálů, určených k rozvodu topných plynů od historie do současnosti, popsat vlastnosti jednotlivých materiálů, jejich výhody a nevýhody, popsat druhy provozní degradace a ochranu v případě nejvýznamnější degradace, a to koroze ocelových materiálů, provést základní porovnání se stavem používaných materiálů v zahraničí, provedení technického a ekonomického srovnání stěžejních materiálů, používaných pro rozvody plynu, a to materiálů ocelových a plastových s ohledem na jejich použití v současné praxi. Tato práce se zabývá sektorem tzv. veřejných nízkotlakých, středotlakých a vysokotlakých plynovodů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the overview of materials used in the gas distribution sector for public supply, their properties and characteristics of materials including their use for various pressure applications. The subject and aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the development of technical materials used in the Czech gas industry in the field of pipe materials designed to distribute heating gases from history to present, to describe the properties of individual materials, their advantages and disadvantages, to describe the types of operational degradation and protection in the case of the most significant degradation and it means corrosion of steel materials, to make basic comparison with the state of the materials used abroad, technical and economic comparison of the basic materials used for gas distribution, steel and plastic materials with regard to their application in current practice. This thesis deals with the sector of so-called public low-pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure gas pipelines.
