Abstract

ABSTRACT The topic of the bachelor diploma is focused on the organization and economy of a regional office - specificially of the one for the Olomouc Region. The goal of the bachelor diploma is an evolution of the Olomouc Region Office and concentrates on this organization, development, structure and the number of employees in the period between 2010 - 2014 as well as on an management evaluation of the expenditure assambled for activities of the regional administratoin, in particular expenditure on staff salaries for the period 2010 - 2014. The Olomouc Region Office employs 527 people including its director, the highest percentage of the staff is consisting of employees with university education 416. The total expenditure on the activities of the regional administration § 6172 were on its highest level in the year 2013 (466 236 635 CZK). The expenditure on staff salaries occupy the 1st place of an average of arend 42% in each of the prooved years. The average salar y per one employee is 28 977 CZK. The personalities of the staff provide an important component that has to secure high quality, effective and impartial performance of the public administration.
