Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design documentation for the building permit for a four-storey apartment building in Ostrava - Nova Bela. The final thesis is focused on the implementation of the balcony railing. The main interest is put on a detailed description of the manufacture and assembly of the selected type of railing. The thesis also includes a comparison of three different types of railing in terms of production and execution technology, their properties and prices. In conclusion, the budgets of the railings are enclosed.
