Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and assessment of material flow in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part describes the logistics, its aims and activities associated with it. The practical part deals with the performance of the company Kovona System, a.s., a description of the current situation and proposals for improving the situation. The aim of the thesis is to assessment the flow of materials in the company and to propose solutions for the smooth running of the company.
