Dopad legislativy na ceny tepla od dodavatele tepla Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. pro odběratele tepla jako koncové zákazníky a na konkurenceschopnost těchto cen tepla v roce 2020 a 2027

Abstract

This Diploma Thesis treats the impact of legislation on the heat prices from the supplier Dalkia Czech Republic, a.s. to the heat buyers as the end consumers and competitivness of these heat prices in the years 2020 and 2027. The theory part describes, based on the professional literature, the SWOT analysis, EU ETS system focused on trade with CO2 permits, the fuel tax issues, EU legislation focused on the industrial emissions and the VAT regulation as amended. In the practical part, there is the SWOT analysis of heat supplies from centralised a decentralised heating systems carried out, the competing project of house gas boiler room was designed, the impact of the legislation was calculated for the heat prices in years 2020 and 2027. And finally, there was their mutual comparison done, including the recommendations for the most pricewise suffering locations.
