Vymáhání pohledávek v rámci Okresní správy sociálního zabezpečení Chomutov

Abstract

The thesis is concerned in problematic of social security insurence collection and labour-market policy within OSSZ Chomutov. The thesis is aimed at complex debt mapping in Chomutov region and process of its recovery. First part includes basic information of social security autority, purpose in insurence, rate-payer and theirs responsibilities within insurence payments. The second and third part describe individual statutory requirements of administrative and judicial decision together with the success evaluation. The last part analyse the status of debt in Chomutov region and advert to individual factors influencing the success of insurence collection.
