Zpracování vybraných druhotných surovin a odpadů v technologickém cyklu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce podává přehled o základních pochodech vysokopecní technologie a o možnostech zpracování jemných druhotných surovin a odpadů v technologickém cyklu. Konkrétně pojednává o možnostech úpravy a zkusovění okují jenž jsou znečištěny oleji. Praktická část práce zkoumá problematiku sbalování a mechanické vlastnosti vytvořených sbalků u zaolejovaných a destilovaných okují s různým množstvím pojiva. Vyřešení recyklace těchto železonosných surovin může vést podnik k ekonomické úspoře a k ochraně životní prostředí.

This diploma thesis gives an overview of the basic processes of blast furnace technology and the possibilities of processing fine secondary materials and waste materials in the technological cycle. Specifically, it deals with the possibilities treatment and material processing which are contaminated with oils. The practical part of the thesis examines the problems of packing (pelletizing) and mechanical properties of the formed packages of oily and distilled scales with different amount of binder. Resolving the recycling of these ferrous raw materials can lead the company to economic savings and environmental protection.
