Abstract

The subject matter of this thesis entitled "Analysis of development of Health Insurance in the Czech Republic" is a legislative analysis of the health insurace system in the Czech Republic and its impact on economic entyties and the creation of model calculation of sickness benefits from 2008 to the present. In recent years, increasing pressures are evident in the economization of public finances and health insurance is just one of the concerned areas. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate of applied changes in the health security system and their impact on employees and employers, to identify problem areas and propose their solution.
