Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat všechny obecné poznatky o produktivitě práce, možnostech jejího měření a následně tyto obecné prvky aplikovat do odvětví žárového zinkování. Mapuje současný stav produktivity práce zaměstnanců u konkrétní zinkovny a to firmy Zinkovna Ostrava, a.s., kde jsou provedeny dané propočty. Dále na základě získaných veškerých dat, navrhnout možná opatření a doporučení zlepšení stávající situace, které poslouží vedení společnosti jako náměty pro budoucí inovace a systémové strukturní a organizační změny uvnitř podniku.

This thesis aims to describe all the general knowledge of labour productivity and the options of its measurement, and then to apply these general elements to the sector of hot dip galvanizing. The thesis maps the current state of labour productivity of employees in a particular zinc works of Zinkovna Ostrava, a.s., where the calculations are performed. Next, on the basis of all data obtained, it aims to suggest possible measures and recommendations for improvement of the current situation, which will serve the company management as suggestions for the future innovations and system structural and organizational changes inside the company.
