Průzkum efektivity systému interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The subject of this dissertation is the Research of Effectiveness of Internal Communication System in a Selected Company. It means company Glovis Czech Republic s.r.o. The dissertation is divided into two sections. In the first part of this disssertation is described the process of communication, communication channels and barriers which are originating. Thereinafter the work is focused on the basic methods of the sociological research and its stages. Practical part is focused on the realization of sociological research in Korean company by the help of written questioning. Based on theoretic knowledge and practical informations obtained by questionaire research is provided analysis and evaluation of contemporary situation of the internal communication on selected workplaces in Korean company.
