Abstract

This thesis addresses the design of a residential building with four floors and a basement, the object is completely cellar. The primary load-bearing structure consists of precast reinforced concrete frame, the perimeter infill masonry brick blocks were chosen Porotherm. The building is flat roofed single skin roofing. The main theme of my thesis is to check the quality of civil construction, especially finding the appropriate control and ensure quality precast reinforced concrete frame. The aim is to process control and test plan, which serves to improve the assembly of prefabricated parts and the final quality of the works.
