Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of marketing communication of the e-shop Queens, which is specialized in the sale of clothing, footwear and fashion accessories. The aim of the thesis is to analyze individual communication with their customers. Marketing research is based on questions about the awareness of Queen's company. This research is the basis for proposals and recommendations to improve the current situation.
