Úkoly báňské záchranné služby v SHP

Abstract

Předložená práce v obecné části seznamuje s organizací báňské záchranné služby (dále jen BZS) s jejími úkoly a zásahovou činností. Hlavní orientací práce je zásahová činnost při likvidaci požárů (endogenních a exogenních). Seznamuje s teoriemi vzniku těchto požárů, se snahou aplikace desetiletí výzkumu v oblasti prevence a represe do praxe. Popisuje několik výstupů z této oblasti a z nich vyplývajících zkoušek prostředků pro prevenci a represi požárů. Snaží se na základě uvedení transparentních příkladů z praxe, zhodnotit využitelnost těchto teorií, postupů a prostředků na dnešní podmínky z hlediska ekonomického a praktického. V závěru navrhuje vytvoření příručky pro prevenci a represi endogenních požárů, v které by byly sjednoceny optimální i efektivní způsoby prevence a represe požárů v SHP s využitím některých nových prostředků a poznatků z praxe, garantem zpracování odborného obsahu a vydavatelem by byla HBZS Most.

Submitted work in common parts acquaint with organization planning Mining Rescue Services (MRS) with its activities and rescue actions. Primary objective orientation of this work is fire fighting activity at liquidation fires (endogenous and exogenous). Acquaint with theories of fires, with endeavor application of the research of number decennium in the prevention areas how about use repression to the practice. Author describes several ascents from those areas and agents examinations resulting of them, for prevention and repression fires. This work try - on the grounds of introduced transparent examples from the practice - valorize utilizable of these theories, procedures and agents on today's conditions in light of economic and functional. Author suggests creation a manual for prevention and repression endogenous fires at the close in this work. In this manual would be united optimum and effective means of prevention and repression of fires in North Bohemian Basin with usage of some new agents, how about knowledge from experience.
