Analýza webové prezentace statistického úřadu

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is “Web Pages Analysis of the Statistical Office”. Its main goal was to propose the suggestions, which would lead to the improvement of the Statistical Office´s websites and make them more effective mainly for users. Therefore the first part of this thesis is dedicated to explanation of the basics of internet and essentials for websites creation.

In the next part I have described the Czech Statistical Office. Also his current websites were characterized. The main part of this diploma thesis was a marketing research. Marketing research was a user test focused on user`s subjective evaluation of the websites, intermediation method In Depth Interview.

Based on the outcomes of this diploma thesis I have proposed specific measures and recommendations to Czech Statistical Office, which should bring the improvement to the company`s current websites and make them more effective for users.
