Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Construction. Thesis supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Jaroslav Solař. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of design documentation for the execution of an administrative building in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The thesis consists of both a textual and a drawing part. The textual part includes a cover sheet, a summary technical report, and a technical report of the architectural and structural design. The appendices contain a thermal assessment of the roof structure in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and a structural analysis of a precast reinforced concrete beam. The proposed administrative building is located in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the city of Ostrava, cadastral area Kunčičky. It is a detached building without a basement, consisting of three above-ground floors. The building includes office spaces with necessary facilities, a meeting room, and technical rooms.
