Česká národní banka a její činnost v době hospodářské krize 2007-2009

Abstract

Bachelor thesis defines the position of the Czech National Bank as the top leader of monetary policy and defines its role in times of the economic crisis. The work is divided into four chapters, which are gradually focus on the history of the national bank, to its present position in the banking system and its role in it, and the causes of economic crisis and the Czech National Bank's activities in the crisis period. The work is conceived as an attempt to compare the activities of the Czech National Bank and the European Central Bank.
