Abstract
The task of this bachelor work is to evaluate efficiency of privatization of the housing stock in Ostrava-Poruba. The first part of the bachelor work describes the state housing regulation especially in the field of assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population. The second part deals with the privatization of the housing stock in the district Poruba from its beginning to the present. In the third part are demonstrative examples which are comparing the efficiency of methods used in the privatization.
