Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of exposure scenarios from the perspective of the mixture formulator. The theoretical section describes the importance and form of exposure scenarios, along with the basic principles of the chemical safety assessment under REACH Regulation. Subsequently, the thesis defines the main responsibilities and processes related to the processing of exposure scenarios by formulators. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part, where an example of binary mixture is discussed. Three exposure scenarios are developed for the selected mixture while different methods are used.
