Detekce a diagnostika provozních stavů strojního zařízení

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a basic introduction to the properties and types of tools for monitoring and diagnostics of process data. The theoretical part introduces what the tools for monitoring and diagnostics of process data are used and lists the basic tools used by companies of automation equipment. The work focuses mainly on the use of the software tool Proficy CSense from the company GE Digital. The aim of the Thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of using the software tool Proficy CSense for monitoring and diagnostics of process data from the point of view of processing and user control. Input process data for subsequent analyzes in Proficy CSense were used from real machinery hot water boiler 6 MW for biomass. Selected input data from the hot water boiler were processed in the software tool Proficy CSense: Architect, where statistical functions, mathematical functions and work with knowledge models were tested. From the practical part it is clear that the expected results were obtained from the input process data. At the end of the work are evaluated the results of all analyzes and use of Proficy CSense, where I must honestly state that the results are correct, expected and usable, but when working with Proficy CSense there were several nonfunctional parts of the tool and errors, which online and offline support for Proficy CSense have not been resolved and removed. In my opinion, Proficy CSense is an interesting software tool with potential, but it can easily be replaced by other commonly used software applications that are not even focused on detecting and diagnosing operating conditions.
