Abstract

In my graduation thesis I deal with description and analysis of employee selection and recruitment. The work is divided into several sections, one dealing with theoretical background and the second examined the issue with the description and analysis of the selection and recruitment processof XY. The practical part is elaborated methodology, which analyzed the company uses the highest quality job possible people. This is how the method of obtaining such an electronic advertising, as well as methods for selecting employees, which includes a structured interview and the company recently introduced assesment center. In the section entitled "Proposals and Recommendations" lists possible solutions to some problems is in the process of obtaining and selection. These recommendations should contribute to greater flexibility in the employment process and quality employees.
