Komparace CSR reportu se standardy GRI

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti firem. Cílem práce je komparace Zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti 2010 s Reportingovým rámcem GRI. Je členěna do tří kapitol. První kapitola definuje teoretická východiska společenské odpovědnosti firem, historický vývoj a komunikace CSR. Druhá kapitola nejprve charakterizuje vybranou společnost a poté prezentuje výsledky komparace Zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti s Reportingovým rámcem GRI. Třetí kapitola shrnuje výsledky srovnání Zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti s Reportingovým rámcem GRI a návrhy a doporučení, který z porovnávání těchto dvou dokumentů vyplynuly. Doporučení se týkají doplnění konkrétních chybějících informací ve Zprávě o společenské odpovědnosti.

The following thesis concerns a corporate social responsibility. A goal is to compare Social Responsibility Report 2010 with Reporting Framework GRI. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first of them defines theoretical fundaments of the corporate social responsibility. The next chapter firstly describes chosen company and then presents results of comparison between Social Responsibility Report 2010 and Reporting Framework GRI. The third chapter summarizes results of comparison between Social Responsibility Report 2010 and Reporting Framework GRI and suggestions that follows from the two documents. Suggestions refer to addition of specific information missing in Social Responsibility Report.
