Abstract

In my thesis I deal with business ethics problems – specifically with the creation and implementation of the ethics code in the chosen company. The aim of my thesis is to create the ethics code for the chosen company and suggest the way of implementation of that ethics code. In the theoretical part of my thesis I focused on the business ethics problems and I focused most on the ethics code as the way of the business ethics implementation. In the practical part I started with the characterization of the chosen company. I described its history, business subjects and strategic priorities. Afterwards I made the present time situation analysis that was necessary for the ethics code creation. I made this analysis by individual structured interviews. Those interviews were focused on the company secretary, all the sales representatives and the two main customers. This analysis served as the base for the definition of the basic company values, determination of the ethics code content and for the creating of the ethics code text. In the end I suggested the possibilities of the ethics code implementation in the company organizational structure.
