Pustá Polom - Územní studie funkčního a prostorového řešení lokality SO.03

Abstract

The zone survey of functional and space solution of the locality SO.03 in Pustá Polom is compiled according to the assignment of the bachelor work. Text part includes 39 pages. Graphic part is compiled on 12 designs. The aim of this bachelor work is to compose urbanistic project of solution of using area in two variants. By the form of zone survey it has been designed the use of area for family living and civil facilities. On the basis of the analysis of solved area it has been designed technical and traffic infrastructure together with public grouds and greenery as well. The urbanistic project solves the built-up area by 32 family houses in the first variant and 34 houses in the second variant. In both variants there were designed public facility and services too. The strand of this project there are service roads, parking places by the public facility objects and strengthened roads for pedestrians. In the end of the urbanistic project there has been composed calculation of costs for use of designed area. The aim of the bachelor work is to create the pleasant living conditions for new inhabitants of the beautiful municipality Pustá Polom in conformity with the zone strategy of the village in this crucial developing area.
