Recyklace luminoforů

Abstract

V předložené práci je osvětlena problematika s recyklací luminiscenčních látek, které se v dnešní době hojně užívají. V první části je vysvětleno, co je to luminofor, jeho chemické složení, samotná výroba luminoforové vrstvy a její aplikace v elektrotechnickém průmyslu. Druhá část je zaměřená na samotnou recyklaci, vysvětlení náročnosti tohoto procesu a poukázání škodlivosti užitých látek na zdraví a životní prostředí. Celá práce je orientována na katodoluminoforové a fotoluminoforové látky (užito např. v obrazovkách, výbojkách a zářivkách).

The aim of this thesis is to explain the issue of recycling luminescent substance, which are used now widely. The first section explains what is a luminescent material, its chemical composition, the manifacturing of luminescent layer and its application in the electrotechnical industry. The second part is devoted to the recycling itself, process demanding explanation and highlights the noxiousness of the substances as well as the health and the enviroment matters. The entire work is focused on cathodoluminophore and photoluminophore substance used for example in the screens and fluorescent lamps and so on.
