Abstract
This thesis deals with the design of a recruitment campaign for employer in the information technology sector. The aim of the campaign is to reach qualified potential employees. The sub-goal is to spread awareness of the company and build the company's image as an attractive employer. In the first part, the theoretical background of public relations, employer branding and HR marketing is described and then the company itself is characterized. The second part focuses on a dual research among the company's employees and a defined HR target group using an online questionnaire survey. This is followed by the analysis and interpretation of the data, based on which suggestions and recommendations for the design of a recruitment campaign are made.
