Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh, porovnání a posouzení dvou variant provedení obvodového pláště. První variantou je lehký obvodový plášť systému Lindab, druhou variantou je zděný obvodový plášť z tvárnic Porotherm. Variantní řešení obvodových plášťů bude aplikováno na objektu zdravotního střediska. Konstrukční systém objektu je tvořen monolitickým železobetonovým skeletem. Celá diplomová práce je rozdělená na dvě části, první je zaměřena na stavebně-technické řešení objektu, druhá se zabývá technologii výstavby. Obě části jsou rozdělené na textovou a výkresovou část . Textová část v prvním oddílu obsahuje průvodní, technickou zprávu a přílohy. Ve výkresové části je zpracováná projektová dokumentace objektu. Technologická textová část obsahuje technickou zprávu k zařízení staveniště, popis variantních řešení obvodových plášťů, technologické postupy pro obě varianty, položkový rozpočet a časový plán. Ve výkresové části budou zpracováné výkresy zařízení staveniště a variantního řešení obvodového pláště.

The topic of this diploma thesis is a draft, comparison and evaluation of two design variants of external walls. The first option is a light external wall system by Lindab, the second are the brick external walls made of Porotherm blocks. Both variants of external walls are applied on a health center building. Constructional system of that building is made of reinforcet concrete frame. Diploma thesis itself consists of two parts: the first one is focused on constructional and technical solution of the health center building, the second one deals with the technology of construction itself. Both parts are divided into textual and design sections. Textual part of the first section consists of accompanying technical account and appendixes. In design section the project documentation of the building is made. The second- technological textual part includes technical account concerning the construction site, description of variant solutions of external walls, technological methods of both variants, the budget and the timetable. In the following design section are the drawings of construction site facilities and of both solution variants of external walls.
