Abstract

The bachelor thesis follows the project Education and Skills on the employment Market in the Ústí Region. It analyse supplies and demands within the region. It describes the Ústí Region in general. It deals with the possibilities of finding employment opportunities for the unemployed, so as for those people with low qualifications and those without any qualification whatsoever. It describes and highlights the importance of education and training opportunities for unemployed job seekers. It describes the protected characteristics of people most affected by unemployment.
