Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on problematic of customer satisfaction in the company GM Projekt. The main aim of this Bachelor Thesis was to create customer survey, to arrange marketing research, and to gather information about, the quality of services of the company. On base of data obtained from the customer surveys, were analyzed customer satisfaction. In conclusion, individual responses were evaluated and also there were suggested, that would lead to an increase in overall customer satisfaction.
