Abstract

This thesis Optimizing Wheeled Transport in the Quarry Operation in the Production of Crushed Stone aims to build on the existing methodology and streamline wheeled transport in quarry traffic in two major industrial enterprises and its results and conclusions generalize to all quarries engaged in the production of crushed stone s compliance with the generally accepted rules for quarry transport. The proposed individual methodologies applying various methods, techniques and optimization models for wheeled transport in the fracture operation of the solution in the thesis uses methods that are exercisable at various optimization procedures wheeled transport in the quarry traffic operation. In the dissertation I will specifically address the conveyance through the muck and dumper trucks from the bench to the technological line and back to the loading points. These methods are then applied in enterprise Považská cementáreň a. s. in a quarry Ladce - Butkov and enterprise DOBET spol. s r. o. in a quarry Krhanice and will be used as a knowledge base for use in similar types of operations, including assessment of individual proposals.
