Motivačný program v podniku Generali IT s.r.o.

Abstract

Problematika riešená v danej diplomovej práci sa dotýka oblasti motivácie a zavedenia motivačného programu v podniku Generali IT. Cieľom práce je určiť úroveň motivácie a spokojnosti v danom podniku a následne špecifikovať finančnú náročnosť motivačných stimulov, ktoré spoločnosť využíva. Za najdôležitejšiu časť sa považuje návrh motivačného programu pre spoločnosť Generali IT. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá teoretickými východiskami motivácie a tvorbou motivačného programu. V časti druhej je predstavená spoločnosť Generali IT, v ktorej je daná problematika riešená. Posledná časť sa zaoberá analýzou získaných informácie z dotazníkového šetrenia a z vedeného rozhovoru. Na základe výsledkov bolo možné priniesť návrhy a doporučenia, ktoré napomôžu pri vylepšení motivačného programu Generali IT.

The topic discussed in the thesis is the motivation and establishment of the system of employee incentives in a company Generali IT. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of motivation and job satisfaction in this company, and to specify costs of incentives that motivate company’s employees. The most important part of the thesis it the incentive program proposal to be used in Generali IT. The first part of the thesis introduces and discusses the theoretical background of employee motivation, incentives and a formation of incentive program. The second part presents the company Generali IT where the problematic of incentives is examined. The last part deals with the analysis of data collected by questionnaires and interview. Based on the analyzed result the proposal and recommendations were formed that should help to improve the incentive program used nowadays in Generali IT.
