| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření návrhu domu s pečovatelskou službou v obci Hovorany, včetně připojení inženýrských sítí a kanalizace, úprav okolí, navržení parkování a mobiliáře. Po získání dostatečného množství podkladů o řešeném území, problematice sociálních služeb a o obci, kde se řešené území nachází, jsem vytvořil rozbor nynějšího stavu území. Rozsah bakalářské práce odpovídá architektonicko-urbanistické studii. Textová a výkresová část dodržují základní požadavky vyhlášky č.503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. V práci chci docílit toho, aby ve výsledném návrhu byly splněny požadavky na funkčnost, účelnost a estetičnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor´s thesis is focused to create design of home with care service in the village of Hovorany including connecting of underground utilities and sewerage, editing of environment, designing of parking places and furniture. I have made analysis of actual state of area after acquiring of enough information about solved area. The range of bachelor´s thesis correspond to architectural and urban studies. The texting and drawing part hold requirements of regulation number 503/2006 of Statute Book – the content and range of the documentation for application dossier for a decision on the lovation of buildings. I want requirements of functionality, purpose and aesthetics to be achieved in the final design. | en |
