Bytový dům - variantní řešení technologie obvodového pláště

Abstract

Diplomová práce zpracovává variantní řešení technologie obvodového pláště v prvním nadzemním podlaží. Objekt bytového domu je účelově určen k bydlení a k provozu dvou maloobchodních ploch. Novostavba se nachází v okrajové části města. Daná lokalita je velmi dobře přístupná technické i dopravní infrastruktuře. Jedná se o stavbu částečně podsklepenou s jedním podzemním a 4 nadzemními podlažími. Svislé konstrukce objektu jsou řešeny v systému Porotherm.

The thesis deals with the variant solution of the peripheral casing technology in the first above-ground floor. The object of a residential building is designed for housing and for the operation of two retail areas. The new building is located in the outskirts of the city. The location is very well accessible to the technical and transport infrastructure. It is a partly underbuilding building with one underground and 4 aboveground floors. The vertical structures of the object are solved in the Porotherm system.
