Hodnocení efektivnosti rekultivace vybraného území Severočeské hnědouhelné pánve

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce Hodnocení efektivnosti rekultivace vybraného území Severočeské hnědouhelné pánve řeší tuto formu hodnocení z pohledu ekonomického i mimoekonomického (např. ekologického, hydrologického, sociálního nebo estetického). Pro zjištění těchto efektivností a jejich komparaci byla vybrána lokalita povrchového dolu lom Vršany, který se nachází v severozápadních Čechách. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První je zaměřena na charakteristiku Mostecké pánve. Druhá kapitola prezentuje koncepci rekultivační obnovy a způsoby rekultivace, následující kapitola zahrnuje problematiku rekultivací z pohledu legislativy. Čtvrtá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na efektivnost rekultivací ve vybrané lokalitě. Efektivnost rekultivací je předmětem častých sporů mezi ekonomy a ekology, tato práce prezentuje kompromis mezi těmito názory prostřednictvím aplikace ekonomického hodnocení ekologických funkcí území.

This Thesis’ theme Evaluation of the effectiveness of the selected area recultivation North Bohemian Brown Coal Basin addresses this form of assessment in terms of both economic and non-economic (e.g. ecological, hydrological, social or aesthetic). To determine the effectiveness of these techniques and their comparison was selected location lom Vršany opencast mine, located in north-western Bohemia. The work is divided into four chapters. The first is focused on the characterization of the Most brown coal basin. The second chapter presents the concept of recultivation and renewal methods of recultivation, the following section covers the area of recultivation in terms of legislation. The fourth part of the thesis focuses on the effectiveness of recutivation in the selected location. The effectiveness of recultivation is subject to frequent disputes between economists and ecologists, this thesis presents a compromise between these views by economic evaluation of ecological functions of the landscape.
