dc.description.abstractPředmětem této práce je teoretický rozbor problematiky systémů managementu kvality a koncepce ISO norem řady 9000. Text je především zaměřen na analýzu požadavků revidované ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 ve vztahu k ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, její struktuře a cílům. Na základě provedené analýzy byla posléze ve druhé části práce provedena identifikace rozdílů ve stávajícím systému managementu kvality metalurgické společnosti a navržen postup implementace změn a časový harmonogram. Součástí práce je též návrh postupu pro proces určování kontextu organizace.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is a theoretical analysis of quality management systems and ISO 9000 concept. The work is mainly focused on the analysis of the requirements of the revised ISO 9001:2015 in relation to the ISO 9001:2008, its structure and objectives. Secondly, based on the analysis, differences in the existing quality management system of metallurgical company were identified and implementation strategy and its schedule were proposed. The recommendation of the procedure for determining the context of organisation is also included.en
