Požadavky předpisů BOZP na vybrané zdvihací zařízení a jejich uplatnitelnost v praxi

Abstract

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the new valid legislation in the field of occupational safety during the operation of reserved technical equipment, the application of these new regulations to the safe use of reserved technical equipment, their description and evaluation of specific requirements, which is then assessed from the point of view of their application in practice. The theoretical part of the work is a short analysis of legal regulations, which have undergone fundamental changes after a long time compared to the previous security requirements. The intent of the legislator that led to these changes in safety regulations and the assessment of old and new legislation in the area of safe use of reserved technical devices is summarized here so that the adopted changes are highlighted. First, it deals with Act No. 250/2022 Coll., on occupational safety in connection with the operation of reserved technical equipment and on the amendment of related laws, which is the main pillar of these changes in the area of ensuring occupational safety when using reserved technical equipment as such. It then summarizes the new requirements for dedicated technical lifting equipment. In the next part of the work, these new requirements are worked on for specific dedicated technical lifting equipment, their introduction and evaluation at a specific workplace at a specific employer and are assessed from the point of view of their application in practice. Solutions in the form of effective measures are proposed for identified discrepancies.
