Vyhodnocení průjezdnosti místních komunikací pro vozidla IZS

Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of bottlenecks for IRS vehicles on local roads in selected locations inside housing estate. For the sections of rous, the statistical evaluation of the bottlenecks state and developed transit profiles was carried out. Legal and economics basis are discussed in the introduction as well as related issues like the Integrated Rescue System and similar problems associated with vehicle passage in the settlement. Based on observation and implementation of statistical measurement, the situation is evaluated and possible innovative solution are proposed.
