Vybrané problémy trhu práce v okrese Nový Jičín

Abstract

The bachelor thesis evaluates situation on the labour market in Novy Jicin district in years 2011–2014 and regarding focus of active employment policy tools in Novy Jicin district. In this thesis are identify problems of district about labour market and propose possible solutions. From solution suggested, that active employment policy become to truly effective instrument to promote employment and better contribute reducing unemployment, it is necessery to increase staff capacity and fading for its implementation. It is also necessary investment of resources in the individual tool used to better target. In future, we can expect a slight recovery in the economy, which can have a positive development on the labour market situation in the district.
