Snížení mikrobiální kontaminace zvířecích exkrementů vermikompostováním

Abstract

This thesis deals with the posibility of reduction of pathogenic microorganisms by vermicomposting proces. It focuses on the basic conditions for breeding of Californian earthworms and also materials suitable for this purpose. The most important types of pathogenic bacteria are also described here. The work also includes various vermicomposting technologies. The experimental part describes the course of vermicomposting of three different biowaste. It analyzes the decline in microbial contamination and evaluates the phytotoxicity test. An analysis of physicochemical parameters and the content of heavy metals is also carried out. All results are compared to valid legislation.
