Abstract

One of the personal documents being issued in the Czech Republic is the driving license, which is the kind of document helping with the identification of an individual and mainly in the case of the driving license it proves the permission to drive motor vehicles. Its origin, even if not in this precise form, are clear when first motor vehicles had been appearing on our roads. The administrative agenda about all drivers qualified to drive motor vehicles closely relates. For an individual who for whatever reason does not have a driving license and has the need to drive a motor vehicle there is a possibility to get the driving license illegally and to avoid the standard procedure in accordance with the law. The aim of this thesis is to outline the development of a driving license security elements from its beginnings to nowadays.
