Abstract
The bachelor thesis entitled Evaluation of Employee Benefits in the Manufacturing Company is focused on state-owned company VOP-026 Šternberk, Šenov location at New Jicin. The company is mainly engaged in manufacturing engineering and specializes in the repair of military equipment. The aim of this work is to assess the employee benefits in the company. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part, the care of employees and are characterized by employee benefits. In the second part presents practical information on a specific company, and evaluation questionnaires are presented possible measures for management on how to improve the current situation relating to employee benefits.
