Abstract

The master's thesis deals with heat transfer in reconstructed family house and proposition of heating system even with replacement of solid fuel boiler. Heat pump replacement is recommended. This reconstruction starts with exchange of ramshackle windows and doors. The quality and technology of windows and doors produced was improved overall over the last 25 years. Low values of heat transfer coefficients and long life of used materials are achieved here. Production technologies, assortment and quantity of heating products, that was delivered, have changed positively over the period. It is possible to remind the development of gas condensing boilers and thermoregulation systems that can be remotely controlled from a computer, tablet and mobile. Currently, the development, production and also the fabrication of ecological heating systems are supported, which also include heat pumps. Then, the heating method was drafted according to the possibilities of the respective site from the point of view of the type of heating energy and the possibilities of the plot of land for eventual storage of this energy. Subsequently, the heat losses were determined by heat transfer in each individual room. After that, the type and size of new bodies and the possibilities of modifying existing bodies was selected according to the required performance. The type of heating unit was elected from the total calculated heat consumption. The summary of the funds deposited and the expected payback period was made.
