Abstract

The territorial plan is very important for decisions about the territory because it sets the basic conception of village territory expansion, safeguards its worths and organization of surface and area etc. This Bachelor thesis is focused on creation of village territorial plan. The creation is very complicated and time-demanding process. Creation issues of territorial plan refers to the whole state territory including individual villages. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to find out the whole creation process of village territorial plan and to propose the potential precautions for this legislative. The Bachelor thesis is devided into three main chapters. In the first chapter there is a characterization of the basic concepts like administrative law, public administration, territorial planning etc. The second chapter characterizes the village Dolní Lutyně. The last chapter contains information about the territorial plan of the village Dolní Lutyně and its content and creation process.
