Návrh prototypu v rámci vývoje informačního systému pro autoservis

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem v rámci vývoje informačního systému pro autoservis. Cílem bylo seznámit se s postupy a technologiemi pro navrhování informačních systémů. Jedná se o systém určený pro autoservis, pro správu zákazníků, jejich objednávek, dodacích listů, faktur, plateb a úschovu kol. Návrh prototypu byl koncipován tak, aby byl uživatelsky přátelský a jednoduše ovladatelný. Prototypem se rozumí webová aplikace, která slouží jako ukázka frontendové strany informačního systému. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zefektivnění evidence informací o zákazníkovi.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of a prototype within car service information system development. The goal was to learn about methods and technologies for designing information systems. The system is intended for car service for administration of customers and their orders, fulfillments, invoices, payments and storage of wheels. User interface is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use. Prototype is a web application which serves as showcase of the information system frontend sideThe most significant outcome of the thesis is an increased effectivness of managing information about customer.
