Zhodnocení vybraných možností investování do zlata

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vybraných produktů zabývajících se investováním do zlata. Možností na českém trhu je celá řada, investor může investovat své peněžní prostředky například do fyzického zlata, akcií zlatých dolů nebo je investovat do zlatých fondů. Při srovnání je pozornost věnována především výnosnosti, rizikovosti a likviditě. V případě akcií jsou při zhodnocení využity vybrané ukazatelů akciové analýzy, u fondů je do zhodnocení zahrnuto i srovnání poplatků zmíněných fondů. Práce také zahrnuje možnou investici drobného investora. Práce se skládá z pěti kapitol. Kromě úvodu a závěru obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly. V druhé kapitole je pozornost soustředěna na teoretická východiska investování. První část této kapitoly je zaměřena na investiční trojúhelník, je zde podrobněji popsán výnos, riziko a likvidita. V druhé části této kapitoly je vysvětlena problematika investování do drahých kovů, akcií a fondů kolektivního investování. Třetí kapitola je věnována vybraným produktům, do kterých může drobný investor vložit své peněžní prostředky. Typickou investicí do zlata je nákup fyzického zlata, proto první část třetí kapitoly zahrnuje zlaté mince, slitky a nákup investičního zlata v rámci spoření. V druhé části kapitoly je představena další tradiční forma investování do zlata, a to akcie do zlatých dolů nebo zlaté fondy. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou pak jednotlivě zhodnoceny vybrané investiční instrumenty, kdy je posuzován výnos, riziko a likvidita.

The Bachelor's work aims to capitalise on selected gold investing products. Options on the Czech market are a variety, with an investor able to invest their cash in, for example, physical gold, gold mine shares or invest it in gold funds. In comparison, attention is paid primarily to profitability, risk and liquidity. In the case of shares, selected indicators of equity analysis are used in the appreciation, for funds a comparison of the fees of those funds is included in the appreciation. The work also includes a possible investment by a retail investor. The work consists of five chapters. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, it contains three main chapters. In the second chapter, the focus is on the theoretical starting points of investing. The first part of this chapter is focused on the investment triangle, with a more detailed description of yield, risk and liquidity. The second part of this chapter explains the issue of investing in precious metals, shares and collective investment funds. The third chapter is dedicated to selected products in which the retail investor can put their money. A typical investment in gold is the purchase of physical gold, therefore the first part of the third chapter includes gold coins, alloys and the purchase of investment gold in savings. In the second part of the chapter, another traditional form of gold investing is introduced, shares in gold mines or gold funds. In the fourth chapter, selected investment instruments are then individually evaluated, when yield, risk and liquidity are assessed.
