Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of a selected staffing agency. The thesis has three main chapters. The first part is the theoretical and methodological basis for evaluating competitiveness, the second part is the analysis of competitiveness and the third part is devoted to recommendations for the company. The suggestions for the company resulted from the analyses performed. The main objective of this thesis was to evaluate the competitiveness of the selected staffing agency. Sub-objective is construction of PEST analysis, Porter's 5 forces model, the 7 S method, benchmarking and SWOT analysis. The researched company can compete with other companies.
