Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor work is the preparation of project documentation for building permit new construction of Housing unit (apartment building). The proposed housing unit (apartment building) is situated in urban areas in the cadastral area of Kromeriz. The project was made part of the building, which includes the drawings and the text the documentation, which is primarily consists of the technical report. Further the work contains a technology part, in which is the main part sub-technological process of implementation of ceiling construction, documentation equipment of facility, is also listed as itemized construction budget and schedule during the construction. The project documentation is the result of this bachelor work which used for the construction basement threestorey apartment building with eleven residential units of various size categories. The proposed building has residential and commercial units in the basement. The resolution of project also provides free access to the building and two barrier-free housing units for future residents with limited mobility. The processing work was made in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
