Motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobně obchodní společnosti v době ekonomické krize

Abstract

The topic of this Thesis is motivation of employees in a chosen organisation. The Thesis is composed of two units - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on personal management, theory of motivation, motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part deals with the condition of motivation system in the company Pittsburgh Corning ČR s.r.o. The information was acquired from the company management and questionnaire survey executed among company employees. The final part includes the evaluation of the condition of the motivation system in the company and further suggestions and recommendations that could lead to improvement of the situation and greater motivation of employees during the economic crisis.
