Analýza forem financování dlouhodobého majetku společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of financing, which is very important and influential activity of the company. Objective of this bachelor´s work named „Analysis of the financial forms of the company´s long-term assets“ is comparing of the possibilities of resource of a new commercial motor vehicle NISSAN CABSTAR MP22. The work consists of three parts. In theoretic part are described differences beetwen internal and external source of financing and methods of classificationing resource financing. The second chapter is aimed at characterization of the company PROTRAFFIC, Ltd. including description of choosen investment. The third chapter is aimed at the taxes depreciation, offers of credits from Ceska sporitelna, CSOB, KB and Raiffeisenbank, and leasing offers of leasing companies CSOB Leasing and VB Leasing CZ. Decision making beetwen financing source is important to rescpect main factors like taxes of depreciation and specific depreciable plan, money rates, leasing part payment, taxes and last but not least factor of time as well. The recommended financial possibilities are stated at the end of third chapter. The conclusion of the given issue is finding and detecting the possibilities the most effective of financing and consequently the comparison of these forms financing.
