The subject building is situated in the cadastral area of Radvanice in the territory of the city of Ostrava. The building is standalone, has no basement, has five above-ground floors and is divided into an administrative section and a section with ten residential units. The floor plan shape is a right-angled trapezoid. The load-bearing structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with infill walls. The building is roofed with a flat single-layer green roof with extensive vegetation, which will also serve as a rooftop terrace above various parts of the building. Only above the fifth floor is the building roofed with a flat single-layer roof featuring a membrane waterproofing, which does not include a vegetation layer.
