Analýza a implementace poptávkového systému

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a implementací poptávkového systému jako modulu portálu Comparyo kombinujícího cenový srovnávač s mechanismem produktových poptávek. V analytické části jsou porovnány existující platformy českého i zahraničního trhu z pohledu implementačních modelů, obchodních strategií a monetizace. Na základě analýzy je navržen generický koncept poptávkového systému nezávislý na konkrétní doméně. Implementovaný systém je postaven na třívrstvé architektuře s frameworkem FastAPI, knihovnou React a databází MySQL. Pro fulltextové vyhledávání obchodů je využit Elasticsearch s podporou tolerance překlepů. Součástí systému je tokenová autentizace pomocí JWT, notifikační mechanismus s e-mailovým upozorněním a administrátorský panel s audit logem. Výsledkem je funkční modul pokrývající celý životní cyklus poptávky od vytvoření až po zobrazení nabídek zákazníkovi.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis and implementation of a demand system as a module of the Comparyo portal combining a price comparison engine with a product inquiry mechanism. The analytical part compares existing Czech and international platforms in terms of implementation models, business strategies and monetisation. Based on this analysis, a generic demand system concept independent of any specific domain is proposed. The implemented system is built on a three-tier architecture using FastAPI, React and MySQL. Elasticsearch is used for full-text shop search with typo tolerance support. The system includes JWT-based authentication, an e-mail notification mechanism and an administration panel with an audit log. The result is a functional module covering the complete inquiry lifecycle from creation to displaying offers to the customer.
